What do the different statuses mean?

  • Fee paid – means that fee has already been paid for a registration with the specified ID.
  • Fee due – means that fee is due for a registration with the specified ID, the value of which was stated in the email. Send us an invoice and we will pay it within 2 weeks.
  • Contract signed – we have signed a contract with the customer with the specified ID. If he pays the first two invoices, fee will be due to you.
  • In talks – we are in contact with the specified potential customer, but the contract has not yet been signed.
  • Not reached yet – we have not yet been able to contact the person. If there is no contact after a minimum of 3 contact attempts over a period of 2 weeks, the status is changed to “Referral rejected”.
  • Referral rejected – means that the data provided in the form is incorrect or despite a minimum of 3 contact attempts, we have not been able to contact the person, or no contract has been signed after initial discussions.

NOTE: The referral status is updated a minimum of once a week.
